A mixed-use complex on the bank of the Drina, with a promenade and marina.
Višegrad lacks contemporary housing. Nova Crnča responds to that need: a complex that offers residents modern, functional, high-quality space to live and work.
The aim was not only to build apartments, but to enrich the town and improve quality of life — with new public space along the river, open to residents and everyone else.
The site lies in the northern part of town, in the area of the Terpentin factory. Its greatest assets are direct access to the river and open views, and the project turns them into a promenade and marina.
Three mixed-use buildings enclose sheltered courtyards and open towards the river with a promenade and marina. The riverside building has a ground floor of stone arcades — commercial spaces that bring the promenade to life and link contemporary living with the town's building tradition.
Most cars are parked in underground garages, leaving the courtyards for greenery and a children's playground.
